QuinnStat's Purpose and Mission

To be totally clear, QuinnStat is not meant to replace Zillow, Redfin, or any other real estate data site. Those sites have a wealth of information that QuinnStat would take year upon years just to catch up. In face, we look up to them for all they've accomplished.

QuinnStat's goal is to provide our users with tools that other real estate sites either don't offer, or they do for a steep price. Our vision is for potential homebuyers, agents, investors, or anyone else to first use QuinnStat to grasp the fundamentals of the markets they are interested in, before then diving in to individual property information on Zillow and the link.

Think of asking questions like: What does an average 3 bedroom house currently go for in my city? How far does $250K go in City A vs City B? Are there any outliers for sale where I get a better bang for my buck either in terms of square footage, lot size, etc?
